St. James’s Gate brewery in Dublin, Ireland. Ever since,

Arthur's day (as you may already know) is to honour the man who started it all.
Arthur's Day had been celebrated since year 2009 and this year
will be the 3rd annual celebration of Arthur Guinness Day.
The celebration will start at 17:59 GMT on 22 September worldwide,
and ending in Malaysia.
